Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel within the Dallas–Fort Worth area is included with all portrait and branding sessions. For sessions or private show coverage outside of DFW, reasonable travel expenses—such as mileage, lodging, and per diem—may apply.
Every project is quoted with full transparency, and travel fees are always discussed and agreed upon in advance so there are no surprises. For multi-day shows or out-of-state sessions, custom travel arrangements can often be shared among multiple clients from the same barn or region to keep costs efficient.
Do you travel for photoshoots & shows outside of Texas?
Absolutely. I regularly travel throughout the United States for both portrait sessions and private horse show coverage. My work has taken me to premier venues such as the Kentucky Horse Park, World Equestrian Center in Ohio, and other top equestrian destinations.
As a USEF member and Safe Sport certified photographer, I understand the importance of professionalism, safety, and respect within the equestrian community—no matter the venue. Whether it’s a barn portrait session in Florida, a branding shoot in Colorado, or a show week in Kentucky, I’m available to travel wherever your story unfolds.
All travel arrangements are coordinated in advance, and whenever possible, expenses can be shared among multiple clients or barns attending the same event.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Each image I deliver is hand-edited with precision and care to reflect my signature fine-art style. I believe your images deserve the same attention to detail I give during your session, which means quality always comes before speed.
For most portrait and branding sessions, proof galleries are available within 2–3 weeks, with final edited selections delivered shortly thereafter once your favorites are chosen. Private show coverage timelines may vary depending on the scale of the event, but clients typically receive gallery proofs within 72 hours and final edits within 1-2 weeks after the show concludes. Depending on the level of editing requested.
Heirloom prints, albums, and wall art orders are custom produced through professional labs and may require additional time for printing and shipping.
