• Booking:  Sessions may be reserved by emailing sean@seanstaceyphotography.com using the form on this page.

• Payment:  Payment is due before pictures are taken via cash, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle.​

• Cancellation Policy::  Cancellations made 7 days before the first scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 6 days of the session will forfeit the deposit.

• Rescheduling Policy:  Clients may reschedule their session only with written consent of photographer due to the constrained time frame of the trip. Reschedule requests should be made via email to sean@seanstaceyphotography.com.​

• Weather:  Should weather be an issue on planned photo days, and a substitute photo day is not available, package price will be pro-rated.

• Acceptable Use:  Photographer retains the copyright to all images and retains the rights to use the photos for portfolio purposes or promotion unless otherwise agreed.

• Attire and Appearance: Clients are responsible for their own attire, makeup, and hair styling. Recommendations can be provided upon request.

• Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the session.

• Artistic Discretion: The photographer reserves the right to use their artistic judgment in creating images and determining the final content.

• Image Selection: The photographer will select the best images for editing and presentation. Raw, unedited files will not be provided.

• Image Delivery:  Turnaround Time: Edited images will be delivered within 3 weeks of the session.

• Delivery Method: Images will be delivered digitally via email accessible via an online gallery.

• Digital Downloads:  Digital downloads will be of web quality. Higher quality images available for purchase at $50USD each or $500 for the entire gallery (minimum 30 images - a savings of $1250).

• Prints and Products: Additional fees apply for prints and physical products. Delivery times for physical products may vary.

• Usage Rights

  • Client Usage: Clients receive personal use rights for their images. This includes printing and sharing on social media with proper credit to the photographer.

  • Photographer’s Usage: The photographer retains the right to use images for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and advertising unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Liability

  • Force Majeure: The photographer is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or health emergencies.

  • Limitation of Liability: In the unlikely event of severe equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the photographer from performing the session, liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

• Privacy Policy

  • Data Protection: Personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing photography services.

• Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Country of Italy and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the location of the photography session.
